Are ports still open?

All ports remain open, with added safety precautions, and shipments are continuing with no delay. Everyday life has been upended across the board, but there are ways to continue buying and shipping vehicles, boats, and other cargo.

Will my shipment take longer?

We are seeing a delay in air freight times. This is because many international flights have been canceled as a result of the pandemic. However, we are not seeing any delays in ocean transport.

If I buy a boat or vehicle online, how do I ensure it meets my expectations?

Auto auctions and boat auctions are now being held digitally, moving their events online and allowing for virtual auctions of vehicles and marine vessels. If you have decided to purchase a car or a boat at an online auction, we’re here to help.

We offer vehicle and vessel inspections through a 3rd party company, as well as escrow services. In addition, we offer global shipping and operate our own packing facilities.

My PCS move has been put on hold. Should I wait to reach out?

As PCS moves have been put on hold, many families have been left in limbo. POVs and HHGs. are sitting in storage at the VPCs until the hold is lifted. Once the hold is lifted there will be an influx of demand and vessels will get booked up quickly. We do encourage you to contact us well before your PCS move is resumed.. This allows time to reserve your booking and get the required paperwork in order.
